Theo does more than realize property dreams for his clients. He often says that to prepare clients, he needs to be their advisor, strategist, and confidant. He firmly believes in establishing an honest, open and highly communicative relationship with each and every client.

Prior to Real Estate, Theo spent over 20 years acquiring his expertise in sales, marketing, negotiation and strategic planning, while working in large advertising agencies and managing his own businesses in sales and residential construction.

Theo has seen success through many avenues; however, his inspiration to help others acquire wealth was realized with the purchase and full renovation of his first property and the sense of accomplishment he felt. This ignited a passion in him and influenced his transition into the Real Estate industry.
